Questions everyone has
You'll chat with your esthetician for a few minutes about your skin — what it's been doing, what bothers you, anything you've tried. Then you get comfortable and they cleanse, exfoliate, treat, mask and moisturize. Most of it feels like the best part of your day.
Whatever you already have on. We cover your clothes and only work from the collarbone up. Come from class, from the gym, from work — it's all fine.
Nope. Cleansing is step one anyway. Show up as you are.
Yes, always. If you book something and we think a different treatment fits better, we'll say so before we start and switch you at the right price.
Please do. Some people want a running commentary, some want total quiet. Tell us which and we'll match you.
No. You'll get one honest recommendation at the end, and 'keep doing what you're doing' is a very common one.
Five minutes is plenty for a first visit. There's a short intake form you can also fill out when you book.
